Stryk Recreation Return and Refund Policy

At Stryk Recreation, we take pride in the quality of our screen protectors and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain the integrity of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products only. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The screen protector has been removed from its packaging or installed.
  • The product was installed incorrectly, resulting in misalignment, trapped bubbles, or damage.
  • The product shows signs of use or tampering.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    • Email our customer service team at info@strykerv.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    • If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product Back
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@strykerv.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Installation Disclaimer

Our screen protectors are precision-designed to provide optimal protection when installed correctly. Please follow the included installation instructions carefully to avoid bubbles, misalignment, or other issues. Installation errors do not qualify for returns or refunds.
